排气制动器(蝶阀)Exhaust brake assembly

原理:
1.停止供油,变速箱挂低档(使发动机转速提高),操纵排气蝶阀封堵排气管(使发动机活塞的运动受到阻力)。
2.汽车的动能通过传动系传递给发动机,发动机高速旋转做负功吸收车辆动能,达到降低和控制车速的目的。

Principle:

  1. Stop fuel supply, shift the gearbox to low gear (to increase engine speed), and operate the exhaust butterfly valve to block the exhaust pipe (to cause resistance to the movement of the engine piston).
  2. The kinetic energy of a car is transmitted to the engine through the transmission system, and the engine rotates at high speed to absorb the vehicle’s kinetic energy, achieving the goal of reducing and controlling vehicle speed.
